Qualification: Graduation / Post-graduation from a recognized university.
Preferred: CA / CFP / CFA / NISM 21-A / Research Analyst Certificate.
Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial services, investment advisory, and wealth management (including 8 years in wealth management).

Qualification: Graduate; preferred MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or CFA/CFP/NISM certification.
Experience: 15 years in Wealth Management / Retail Banking / AMCs with 5 years leading large teams.

Regional Head
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in wealth management or AMCs, with 5 years managing teams.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred with CFA / CFP / NISM certifications.

Contract Period: 5 years (renewable for 4 more years at Bank’s discretion).

Zonal Head – ₹ 97 L p.a.
Regional Head – ₹ 66 L p.a.
RM-Team Lead – ₹ 51 L p.a.
Investment Specialist – ₹ 44 L p.a.

Includes fixed pay, allowances, and Performance Linked Pay (PLP) based on annual ratings.
